i love going on trip that are strictly vacation. when i’m traveling for work it’s meh what ever i have already hanging in my closet but when it’s a real vacation i love going and picking out just a few new things to mix in while i’m gone. i bought these jeans from anthro when they had their 15% off pant sale because you know 15% off is like free? ok maybe not so much but when i saw these jeans i thought abby you don’t need anymore pants. but then they went 15% off and i took it as a sign from the pant gods that it was meant to be.
so the jeans have these studs all down the pockets and the sides which makes them a little bit of a delicate wear but honestly i wore them out shopping all day and not a single one fell off. that is a good sign. they are a bit higher waisted which is nice for active gals. i wanted something fun to wear with them and i found this crop top at anthro again. (seems to me i’m on an anthropologie kick again) i loved how flowy this top was but it is shorter which shows off the jewels that go all the way to the top of the pants. i did put a black tank underneath tucked in because i’m not really a bare midriff kind of gal.
i made the look a little more casual with my favorite mtng ankle booties. seriously i wore these things all day and they were the most comfortable boots. i have them in gray suede and gray leather and i only wish they made them in brown. i think i’ve written about these boots like a million times but trust me when i say they are just that good.
and last but not least i bought this ring at a west elm grand rapids artisan pop up shop. the maker is autumn lace and i was obsessed with the delicate and unique design of the ring. plus… i love green. i love this fall and winters trends of glitter, velvet and sequins. i can wear it all day every day. how are you feeling about these glitz and glam trends?
